In the Label field, give it a name like Paste Plain Text. From the little keyboard icon, choose Clipboard to insert the Clipboard token into the snippet. I made this app because I rarely want styling to be copied to my clipboard. Make sure the Content menu is set to Plain Text. Plain Pasta sits in your menu bar, and watches your clipboard for text, removes any styling from the text, and puts plaintext back on your clipboard. Plain paste mac update#
I was in the process of working on a major update to the app. Normal copy and paste on a PC: Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V Copy and paste-without-formatting on a PC: Ctrl-C, Ctrl-Shift-V Normal copy and paste on a Mac: Cmd-C, Cmd-V.
